Chicken Tehari Pulao

Ingredients

  • 700 gm Chicken
  • 1 Kg Rice
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup yogurt
  • 1 TSP Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 TSP Whole hot spices
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP Red Chili Crushed
  • 1 TSP Ground red Chili
  • 1 TSP Turmeric Powder
  • 1 TSP Hot Spices Powder
  • 1 Lemon (For Lemon Juice)
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 5 gm Green Coriander
  • 4 gm Mint
  • ½ Cup Cooking Oil

Preparation:

  • First of all, in a cooking pot, add cooking oil, onions, whole hot spices and let it brown
  • Now, add chopped tomatoes and salt by stirring it well
  • Next, add Red Chili Crushed, Ground Red Chili, Turmeric Powder & mix it
  • After this, add chicken & cook it for 5 Minutes
  • Again cook it for 2 minutes by adding yogurt
  • Add water, let it boil. Now put the rice in this boiled water & Cook it until all the water dried
  • Add Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chili, Lemon Juice,
  • In the last, simmer it for 15 Minutes
  • Your Tasty Chicken Tihari Pulao is ready to serve
